Consultations required within 7 days of initial inquiry - $10 per team member - $5 for new team member

Shoveling to gain access to parking/home - $30 for 15 minutes

Key pick up/drop off - $15

Daily walk cancellations must be rec'd no later than 8 pm on the day prior to the day of the service to avoid a full visit fee or for a credit to be issued. Dinner visits (4 pm and after) must be canceled by 8 am the day of the service to avoid the full visit fee or for a credit to be issued. Cancellations received after the deadlines will incur the full visit fee.

Service Requirements:

• Initial consultation

• 3 sets of keys

• Adequate food treats, litter and medication.

• Litter boxes should be clean to avoid the additional fee for a full cleaning of the box.

• Pets must be current on vaccinations.

Lockboxes are available for $10 rental to avoid multiple copies of keys!

Payment in full is due at the beginning of service unless other arrangements are made for extended service. A late fee of $5 per week for payments received after 7 days of service end date will be accessed. Full payment made before or at the first visit is appreciated. Invoices can be viewed and paid on the Time to Pet portal.

Payment can be made on the Time to Pet portal or by cash or check - ask about cash discounts

Returned check - $25 processing fee

Full policies and procedures agreement must be read and electronically signed on the Time to Pet portal along with a consultation with your pet care team prior to the start of services
