Boarding your pets is so stressful on everyone, that's why we were so glad to meet Jennifer. From the first time she visited us we knew she was the right person to care for our dog and two cats. All the animals instantly took to her and you could tell she really loves her work. She listened to all our concerns and patiently answered all of our questions. While away, we got text updates everyday and Jennifer kept a diary of exactly what happened with our pets while we were away. The first time I spoke with Jennifer, I was put at ease. As a first time dog owner, I still have alot to learn. Jennifer has not only been a reliable, compassionate, and professional caretaker to my pet, she has been an invaluable resource. It is her attention to the little details that provides the most peace of mind from the text photos/messages, written diary, and open dialogue. She went above and beyond her role recently when we were on vacation out of state and had put the dog in an out of state kennel. It was not a good arrrangement for him and Jennifer was the first person I called for help. And, as always, she was available to help with suggestions and a sympathetic ear (even though he was not even her responsibility at the time!) It is for this reason and many others that I would recommend her services with the outmost of certainty that even though your pet may seem like the only one she cares for, every pet will receive the same care and attention.

I was thrilled to find Jennifer. She is competent, pleasant and reliable. She was able to win over my two cats, even the strangely almost feral one. He will never allow other people to approach him...she has him eating out of her hand! Amazing. She keeps in contact while we are away and I trust her completely to care for my animals and watch my house. She is lilke a great nanny, always keeping me up with any issues and advising me of the cats behavior and responses while we were away, with lovely reports and notes. She is cheerful, kind and it is so pleasant to be able to go away, sure that our babies are in good hands.

I began using Jennifer in the Spring of 2010 as my husband is out of Town working on a project. I've been back and forth a handful of times to visit him out there. I have 2 cats that are like "our kids", playful and have there own personalities. Jennifer has been super with them and it appears they look forward to her visits. She is organized, dependable, & very respectful of your home. She goes above & beyond if you need something else done while she's there. I do not know what I would do without Jennifer!! She is fantastic. She is honest, caring and RELIABLE!! She will leave you a note to let you know how her visits went. They are very funny!! I look forward to reading them when I return. You can truly tell how much she loves animals when she comes to meet them for the first time. I was VERY hesitant leaving my "KIDS" with someone I did not know but she truly knows your animals or I say "kids" when she leaves after meeting them for the first time!!! We never had a pet sitter before, but when we got our new cat we needed to find someone! Our cat is an asthmatic and requires an inhaler, so leaving her for a day by herself wasn't possible. After much research and many interviews we picked Jennifer. She does a fantastic job and we have never had to worry. Jennifer is able to give her the inhaler she needs. We've used her many times.
