Fuel surcharge for services over 10 miles travel distance - $1 for visits over 10 miles, $2 for visits over 15 miles
Cancellation policy: notice of 24 hours required for vacation services - first visit fee charged if services cancelled less than 24 hours before first visit.
Daily walk cancellation must be rec'd no later then 9am on the day of service for credit to be issued. Full visit fee charged for cancels after 9 am on day of service.
Service requirements: Initial consultation, 1 set of keys, adequate food, treats, litter and medication. Litter boxes should be clean to avoid additional fee for full cleaning and sanitizing of box. Pets must be current on vaccinations
Payment in full due at beginning of service unless other arrangements are made for extended service. Late fee of $5 per week for payments rec'd after 7 days of service end date will be accessed.
Full payment made at first visit appreciated.
Cash and checks only - no credit or debit cards.
